- Scheduling information: when you book a call or session, our scheduling provider, Cal.com, collects your name, email address, and the details needed to schedule the meeting, under its own privacy policy.
- Payment information: when you pay for a session or membership, your payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. We receive confirmation of payment and a receipt.
- Newsletter sign-up: if you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is collected by our newsletter provider.
- Direct email: anything you send to Connect@VirtuteLabore.com.
We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies on this site, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit only to:
- Respond to your inquiry, schedule sessions, and process payments
- Prepare for a useful conversation with you
- Keep a record of client and prospect communications
We will never add you to a marketing list or share your information with a third party for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

This site relies on a small number of trusted third-party services to operate:

This site itself does not set tracking or advertising cookies. If you follow a link to a scheduling, payment, newsletter, or video service, that service may set its own cookies once you're there, subject to its own policy.

We retain scheduling records, payment receipts, and email correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the relationship or respond to your inquiry, and no longer than needed for legitimate business or legal purposes.
